Executive Summary
The primary aim of the business report is to produce an implementation plan for Brampton
Buildings to be able to overcome the issues that the company is current encountering, regarding
its infrastructure, systems and management boards over time. The report consists of five main
sections, including: Case Summary, System Investment, Supports to Strategy and Expected
Improvements, Implementation Timescales, Expected Budget, Organisational Issues, Key Risks,
Issues and Requirements, Marketing Integration Impacts, Impacts on Suppliers, and Impacts on
Customers. The six key implementations on Brampton Buildings are shown in the figure below:
There are four key improvements that Brampton Buildings could expect through the
