Zara is an international fast fashion company and is a subsidiary of Inditex, the biggest Spanish
fashion corporation headquartered in Arteixo, Spain. Although the company is widely known as a
leader in the fast fashion industry, there are still several issues that it is facing nowadays. As such,
this report aims to provide an in-depth situation analysis of Zara in order to identify the company’s
current competitive advantages as well as present business issues that can be mitigated to improve
its performance in the Australian market. To do the analysis of Zara’s business, this report will
use some powerful analysis tools such as: PEST analysis on Australia, SWOT analysis and TOWS
Matrix on the company in order to determine the internal and external business factors affecting
its current business operations. Moreover, the report will provide additional insights into the
