management, communication and presentation, strategic thinking and execution, team and
relation building and technical and technology skills.
Soft skills are more important in today’s global economy compared to hard skills because
they are the skills that makes one standard out in any case (Dixon, 2010). The personal qualities
of a person such as attitudes and habits can make one stand out more compared to the skill of
being able to do a job. When it comes to being a transformational leader, none of the skills is
better than the other. A leader needs all the skills so as to be able to lead the organization well.
The soft skill helps leaders think more and creatively about how they can level up their technical
chops of their hard skills. Team and relationship building is the most important competence for a
