According to Lijauco et al. (2020), innovation is the driver of company development. It is
also a mindset, which is conditioned by employee's beliefs, principles, and behavior. As a result,
company culture has a significant impact on innovation, with the ability to either stimulate or
constrain it. As a result, several organizations have attempted to incorporate structures and
processes that foster an innovative culture. To build a genuinely innovative culture, a company's
top executives must adopt a thoughtful approach in which their every move and expression
represents a sincere desire to cultivate and grow new ideas (Bendak, Shikhli & Abdel-
Razek, 2020).
McCoy's Building Supply Center is one of America's largest family-owned building
materials suppliers, embracing an innovation-enhancing culture. As part of the corporate culture,
they mainly concentrate on customer service, customer retention, and employee satisfaction with
the idea that qualified employees are the foundation for their overall performance, adaptiveness,
and loyalty. This concept is often used for promoting their employees, all of whom are done
from inside the organization because no external promotions are made. McCoy's ideals are
deeply rooted in their Christian Evangelical convictions, which require a solid contribution to the
world through businesses. The culture of the company established an excellent atmosphere that
allowed employees to be innovative.
Chick-Fil-A is the 25th largest chain-store restaurant in the United States. Also, they
have a company culture philosophy that staff deserves a day to rest; on Sundays, the 1250 stores
remain shut down, as is the culture of the 85-year-old founder, Truett Cathy. The organization
also has a profound culture of customer service and appreciation for its workers. Chick-Fil- A to
keep customers satisfied, the founder also instructs his employees always to say "my pleasure"
