1. Introduction
To execute a range of jobs in a company, we must first study management in order to understand
what managers demand from us.
After a thorough and in-depth study of executives at work, a researcher named Henry Mintzberg
created these positions in the late 1960s. Burgaz et al., 1997 A manager must follow the 10
management responsibilities, which are split into three categories, in order to accomplish the
organization's objective. Interpersonal roles, informational roles, and decisional roles are the
three types. The primary progress is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an
organization's management.
As a result, either the management neglects or these procedures are carried out. It's possible that
the issue has been misdefined, or that the objectives have been misunderstood. It's possible that
insufficient solutions were produced, or that they were assessed incorrectly. It is possible to
make a gratifying decision rather than a maximizing one. Poorly designed or performed
implementation, with little or non-existent monitoring. Decision-making is affected by a number
of factors, including subjective psychological biases, time constraints, and social reality.
2.0 Organizations and Management
The twenty-first century has brought with it a new workplace, one in which everyone must adapt
in order to meet the fast-changing problems and possibilities. The economy has grown more
global, and businesses must adapt to meet new consumer demands. The new economy's approach
is knowledge-based and performance-driven. The themes often utilized in the current context
area include "respect," "participation," "empowerment," "teamwork," and "self-management." In
light of the aforementioned difficulties, a new kind of leader is required to steer company
through turbulence. Organizational managers are in charge of this job.
2.1 Management Functions
