Many businesses nowadays have significant staff turnover rates. Employee turnover is the

impact on their bottom line. Ignoring this issue may lead to an organization's demise. As a result,
establishing employee retention methods is the greatest approach to guarantee that a sufficient
number of workers stay on the job while preserving work performance and productivity.
