As a hired consultant lets review the business development to establish what is impact-
ing low scores causing employee dissatisfaction. For instance, some employees become dissatis-
fied and leave the organization. This issue can cause the organization to spend more money on
training new employees over and over again because employees keep leaving. There are many
factors to look at when it comes to business development and employee satisfaction. Lets look
at three key factors in employee engagement on which leadership should focus. First, its im-
portant to acknowledge that employee engagement is integral part of job satisfaction. For exam-
ple, employee engagement can involve decision-making, feedback, and goals in the work place
(Bauer & Erdogan, 2017). When an employee doesnt feel like theyre part of a team, theyre
more likely to quit their job and seek a job that provides satisfaction. Implementing employment
engagement of decision-making can keep employees satisfied. This can create employee com-
mitment for long term employment. As a result, motivating employees to stay and avoiding
quick employee turnovers. Feedback and team goals will also improve employee engagement
which can help develop good relationships between management and employees. Next, em-
ployee salaries are a vital part of employee engagement, satisfaction, and leadership. Although, it
may appear minimal in some cases it can have a huge impact ( . In other words,
when an employees salary is low, employees are likely to perform on a lower level. An em-
ployees salary can make the difference between optimal performance or low performance. Last,
organizational culture is vital for productivity and performance. Strong culture engagement pro-
vides a sense of purpose, productivity, and performance (Bauer & Erdogan, 2017). For example,
an organizational culture team should display encouraging behavior between employees and
