Civil rights movement
The civil rights movement advocates for social justice, especially for black
Americans, and most importantly, to end discrimination and equal rights under the law. Black
panther party, which was originally known as the black panther party for individual defence
that involves African Americans which was founded in 1966 in Oakland in the state of
California by Bobby Seale and Huey p Newton with an original determination to monitor or
patrol African American and protect them against police brutality

numbers of panther membership, the organization was on operation in various major cities of
America for advocating the civil rights of African-Americans.

Civil rights movements lay aground on the significance aspects of social activities to
advocate equal rights of black people or African-Americans who live in American in the
study of history. Human rights give a history learner the record of civil rights that have been
amended for the protection of human rights over time. Therefore, the topic helps change the
perception of millennials to live in harmony and continue advocating for equality of rights.
The study of the civil or human rights activities in history changes the movement created that
significantly impacted the economic and social mobility of African Americans across
America, hence providing access to resources for all.
The civil rights movement is suitable for a histography paper since it holds the record
of the events that took place for the civil rights movement and those who were most affected,
and the outcome of the movements. Civil rights movements, for instance, help an individual
who is studying history understand why civil rights have been interpreted in different ways
over time where white Americans viewed them as criminal acts

. The human rights activities
will help examine the history of the movement and underlying characteristics and drive
motives that have immensely contributed to advocating civil rights like the case of Black
Lives Matter.
