The current era is also known as the era of advancement, where everyone is
struggling day and night. People need to stay active 24/7 both physically and mentally.
For being active, people need healthy food, that should be full of nutrition and above
all, it has to be economic. No doubt, a variety of health and nutrition-filled food is
available in the market but most of the time, healthy food is not economical. Among
all the nutrition-filled, particularly proteins-filled and healthy food, eggs and poultry
meat have always remained on the top of the list. There is not a single country
existing where no eggs or meats will be unavailable. Eggs and meats have been
qualifying life and economy of the world, particularly of the United States.
Importance of Eggs
A lot of people believe that a single egg has nutritions of a full hen as an egg
gets changed into the hen. Eggs are a very good source of rich proteins which are
cheap, easy to access, easy to cook with a variety of tastes, and hence mostly liked by
everyone. Eggs are full of proteins and many other nutrients as these are the rich
sources of vitamin D, selenium, B6, B12, and many other minerals such as iron, zinc,
iodine, phosphorus, and copper. An egg can provide more than 40 % of required
