A psychtest refers to a test that includes a combination of techniques that help to arrive to
facts about a person on their personality, behaviour, and capability (Jenkins, C. D., Rosenman, R. H.,
& Friedman, M, 2012).. It is also referred to as performing a psychological battery on a person.
Notably, the only person who can carry out psychological testing are professionals in the psychology
field. The outcomes of a personality test from the psychtest can range from the social setting to a
workplace setting. In the workplace setting, the following personality facts can be revealed; charisma,
devotion, diligence, eloquence, patience, organization, risk taking among other traits. Further, the test
reveals information about a person on behavioural traits such as discipline, creativity, faithfulness,
social wellbeing, aggressiveness, sincerity, and thoughtfulness (Camara, W. J., Nathan, J. S., &
Puente, A. E, 2011).
Emotional Intelligence Test
An emotional intelligent test aims at showing the facts about a person when it comes to
showing emotions and understanding other people’s emotions. That is, emotional intelligence answers
the following main questions; Are you able to identify your emotions? Do you understand others’
emotions? How do you manage your emotions? And finally, are you controlled by emotions? The
answers to the above questions will prove how a person will make decisions, relate with others, and
