Over time, healthcare organizations have undergone significant transformations to
accommodate the specific demands of each period. Various changes in the health sector, such as
emerging technologies and increasing health care costs, increase the complexity of the process
and the competition for patients and resources among healthcare organizations. Consequently, it
is imperative for healthcare organizations to develop and adopt measures directed at attracting
more patients to enhance their survival and growth (Radu et al., 2017(. The most fundamental
strategy for achieving such goals is consistently providing high-quality healthcare services and
patient care by enhancing all clinical processes and operations because the quality of patient care
is the determining factor in deciding on the health care provider (Brouwers et al., 2019). In
addition, it is critical to consider the patient’s expectations, values, and preferences, and the
provision of services must be based on their needs and desire. A positive perception of the
quality of medical services provided by the institution will induce them, their relatives, and even
friends to consistently choose the organization for their healthcare needs (Ringdal et al.,2017).
Providing high-quality healthcare services is critical in retaining present customers and pulling
new patients to the organization. Quality service correlates with increased health outcomes and
increased life quality for the patient.
Retaining and attracting new patients is beneficial to the organization, such as increased
revenue collection, which further invested in ensuring patient satisfaction. In addition, patient
satisfaction yields future referrals to the same organization (Radu et al., 2017). Healthcare
administrator leaders are responsible for identifying healthcare services that need to be improved
over time and implement suitable measures to ensure that patients select his/her healthcare
