Introduction
Globalization has taken place in many organizations affecting the culture of different
people. It is unusual for a company to have employees, suppliers, and customers who are born
and raised in the same country of operation. Having such working environments' culture affects
the perception of team members. As a team leader or employee, specific strategies are used to
help incorporate with members from different cultural backgrounds through the working
environment.

Employees find themselves working in other countries, having meetings via Skype with different
people, cultures playing different roles in all those work areas. In such cases, culture impacts
how people give responses and how decisions are made. Also, the behaviors' in a workplace are
affected by culture, including values that inform how a supervisor treats others or how
employees see each other (Vandaveer et al., 2012). For example, an employee born and raised in
Mexico but working in the United States and another employee born in the U.S and working
there may have different ways of perceiving information from each other due to how the data is
passed through.

focuses on authority speaking to their supervisors about their opinion might seem disrespectful
