Teachers report that students are acting out and appearing disengaged in class, which is a major source of concern for the school. Simultaneously, exam performance has been a source of concern, with consistently low test scores. Since students struggle to demonstrate knowledge gains, teachers are open to any suggestions for improving lesson plans, changing classroom practices, or evaluating content delivery alternatives. Rationale "Getting experience out of concepts is a huge challenge in education" (Coleman, 1934). Sunnydale School hired us as an educational consulting team to assist them with curriculum maintenance, monitoring teachers' performance through classroom observations at various grade levels, implementing technology, and designing instructional materials.
