1a. What tools and features support collaboration, i.e. multiple people making edits on a file, with

By uploading file on OneDrive it allows the user to share file with the person they want via link or
email address and that person can edit the file and the sender can even see there edit in real time.
1c. What about a project where collaboration on numerous files must be done – what would you use
to manage that?
Ms team is best application for this purpose as it allows user to share files with there team and they
can even discuss about project by chat and videocall.
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of storing files “in the cloud” versus on your own
system?
Advantages of Cloud Storage
1. Cloud Storage can be access from anywhere and from any device that has an internet connection.
2. When you are working with cloud storage every time you make a change to file it will be synced
and update across all your devices that you access the cloud from

Disadvantages of Cloud Storage
1.Cloud based storage is dependent on internet with slow network it’s difficult to access the flies.
2.Hard drives coast’s you once but cloud storage has monthly or yearly plans
