Reflection
Qn.1
My family had Medicare Health insurance cover. I would say the experience was
unsatisfactory since whenever we went to get a service done, for instance, a medical check-
up, we would end up paying more money from our pockets. Yet, my parents had always paid
for the cover. The services offered were unsatisfactory. On one occasion, my brother got into
an accident and was rushed to the intensive care unit. But since he turned 18 the previous
day, the hospital told us that the insurance cover could not cater for the bills since he was an
adult, so we had to pay for his treatment. We were forced to look for better health insurance
coverage for our family.
Qn.2
The story from the movie that was the most moving and captured my attention is
Adam's story. In the film, Adam does not have enough money or insurance cover to go to the
hospital (Moore, 2007). Thus, he had to stitch his knees by himself. Adam's painful
experience broke my heart. The moral lesson from the particular story is about individuals
not getting enough coverage from their insurance. Unfortunately, some of the health
insurance which is supposed to help have become greedy to the point they only get the money
from an individual for their selfish gains and not for good or to protect people's health
(Moore, 2007). These companies are not willing to help individuals who might be having
financial issues, and they reject their cases, increasing the number of death cases. Besides,
other individuals with health issues end up doing unimaginable things to solve their problems
since they cannot access quality health care using their insurance covers.

The Moral Question:
Qn.1
The fact that Edgar and Nixon established a medical plan for Americans by providing
less care to obtain higher profits. Hospitals have insufficient medical care quality for their
patients while insurance companies continue to profit and become wealthier (Moore, 2007).
Also, hospitals are filled with individuals who need all sorts of medical attention, which they
cannot obtain due to a lack of insurance coverage.
Qn.2
What connects my faith tradition's teaching regarding care for one another is that the
rich should be able to help the poor the way Hillary Clinton supported the Americans (Moore,
2007). Hillary founded healthcare for all Americans despite their employment status.
Generosity and caring come from the heart; hence it's such a huge step to find someone of
high-class social quality to care for those who cannot take care of themselves.
Qn.3
No, nothing from the film differed from my religious beliefs. My spiritual beliefs
teach me to help and care for others, especially those in need. The movie talked more about
the high-class individuals assisting others and condemning the insurance companies that took
advantage of people.
Qn.4
The film highlighted more about the implication of the U.S. health care system and
focused on the insurance horror stories and what individuals go through to get universal
health care (Moore, 2007). The director utilizes a star war theme and incorporates all the
major issues that involve the lack of insurance coverage for health care in the United States.
Besides, the director highlights how other countries' insurance coverage works well within
the health care system. He passed a message using a funny picture concerning the U.S. health
