Strategic Management Analysis
Introduction
Strategic management analysis is viewed as the process of investigating a company and its
operating environment to come up with an appropriate strategy. The analysis involves three

Resource Perspective, and breakdown the two aspects to know how they can be applied. Also, the
paper will carry out an external and environmental analysis. It will conclude by outlining the
advantages and disadvantages of performing environmental analysis.
