Background Information
This report brief is based on unintentional injuries caused to children under the care of
professionals such as pediatrics. The paper focuses on addressing all forms of accidental
injuries and alerting the Troop B community to provide an immediate solution. The
emergency response team will evaluate the extent of the damage before allowing pediatrics to
examine and give more health care assistance to prevent death fatalities.
Introduction
According to the Bureau of Labor statics in the United States, unintentional injuries
remain a critical joint health concern leading to illness and death in US children. The research
indicated that unintentional injuries claimed the lives of many children, close to twelve
thousand every year, including adolescents. The brief research focuses on informing the
Troop B community on unintentional injuries to help society take precautions and possibly
first aid measures. On the professional code of ethics, pediatrics got significance in
addressing injury prevention. Children under the age of five years are at risk from
unintentional injuries leading to, disability, mortality, and general health problems (Alrimawi
et al., 2019). Medical professionals get responsible for providing health care safety measures
in homes to address the causes of injuries.
Research Aim and Objective
Upon completion of the articles, readers should be able to;
Identify risk factors associated with unintentional household injuries
Alert Troop B community in the event of severe injuries caused indoors or outside
Identify and apply effective policies for the apparent unintentional injuries
