Transformational Leadership
The leadership style involves the navigation of the organization towards the changes of
the existing thoughts and procedures as well as its culture. Transformational leaders inspire the
employees and engage them in getting the best potential and performance from such staff
(Uzohue, Yaya, & Akintayo, 2016). A transformational leader is one who is courageous enough
to change the way of doing things in the organization towards a better result in the future. Such
leaders are motivational, innovative, and emphatic. The leadership is common in corporations
that experience stiff competition and aspire to grow. The multinational organizations need
innovative thinking to beat their competitors and the contribution of ideas from all employees is
critical in the realization of such goals.
Democratic Leadership
The leadership style requires the participation of the workers so that they can work in
collaboration. A democratic leader will delegate duties to all staff members and engage in group-
level decision making (Almutairi, 2016). The type of leadership allows for a collective
realization of the organizational goals by allowing every employee to contribute his or her ideas.
A democratic is always engage actively in the organization. The leader is also supportive of other
staff and must be accountable for all activities undertaken in the organization. It bests suits
situations such as businesses. In such situations, the employees in charge of sales can help in
inventing new approaches to increase the sales of products.
Autocratic Leadership
The style of leadership provides full authority to the single leader where other employees
