Abstract
New findings show that Unilever has not treated their employees properly for many years now.
Abuse and sexual harassment have also occurred more than several times at Unilever in the past.
Many managers and leaders have Unilever have abused and mistreated many of their employees
in the past. Their distribution center did go out of business because many mistreated workers that
were fired for no reason have filed lawsuits against Unilever because of abuse and
discrimination. That is why not everyone wants to work in a company like Unilever for abuse
and mistreatment of their employees in the past. Unilever has made changes in recent years by
hiring the right management and leadership staff who will not abuse their employees the way
other managers have done in the past. This includes for them to improve their managing and
leadership styles by hiring the right strategic and Christian leaders if possible, which probably
will not happen anytime soon.
