Perspective of an Employees woring from the Hierarchy of
Top Level of Management to the Bottom level of the
Management i.e. From Executives to CEO\'s of the Firm.
1.) Job Satisfaction- Job Satisfaction is related to an
Employees, even if Organization Work Culture as well
Bosses and Subordinates also but if Satisfaction is not
there in terms of Employees doing his/her work it can lead
into Employees demotivated for performing Tasks and
Assignments to the Optimum level.
For eg- An Educated Person (MBA) wont do the job of
Watchman ...Because he wont be getting Job Satisfaction
in doing so..

Positive- This can Lead into finding better prospect job by
for getting placed right candidate at a right place
Negative- Expectation grows in an Employees for finding
much better jobs which is sometimes turns out to be
negative.
2.) Job Involvement - Its very important for an Employees
to be involving completing in order to accompalish
Assignment, tasks and also various activities of an
Organization. If an Employee is involved 100% his/her
desired goals of an organization can be acclaimed.
Positive- Leads into achieving desired Goals and Tasks of
his as well of an Organization
Negative- Politics can be played among Coligues itself in
order to be Successful
3.) Job Performance - Its been Commonly told if you want
to CLIMB THE LADDER OF SUCCESS, it is very important
for an Employee to perform good in his/her job. Not only
an Employee has to perform good once but his/her has to
achieve those targets on Spontaneous basis without any
breaks.
Positive- Opportunity to Climb the Ladder of Success
Negative- Can Lead into Over Ambitious nature.
