three phases which are input,design components and
ouput.Input includes general environment and
industryenvironment.Design components includes all

acheiving goals.The are technology,strategy,human
resources systems,measurement systems and sructure.All
this together contributes to a culture that theorganization
follows.Outputs includes the organization effectiveness
means how well theorganization performing.For eg -
performance productivity, stakeholders satisfcation.
