from ESC\'s attempted or successful access of computer
systems or network infrastructure resulting from
performance of services under this Agreement.
Confidentiality: ESC agrees to treat as confidential and,
without the prior written consent of the Firm, not to
disclose to any person, other than authorized employees
and sub-contractors of the Firm, the existence and terms
of the Agreement, as well as all associated cost estimates,
correspondence, reports or findings dealing with the
Firm\'s data and any other information about the Firm or
the Firm\'s business. General Pursuant to this agreement
between you (\"the Firm\") and Essential Systems
Consulting, LLC. (ESC\"), ESC will provide external
network penetration testing services for the period

commencing March 20, 2015 and ending April 20, 2015.
The Firm agrees to pay ESC for the services and expenses
incurred a fee of $1400 for this one time service, with $700
due up front at the signing of this agreed upon
Engagement document, and the remaining $700 due net 30
upon receipt of Final Report This Agreement shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law
principles, and shall benefit and be binding upon the
parties hereto and their respective successors and
assigns. Exclusive jurisdiction of and venue for all disputes
arising out of these terms shall be the District Court of
Dona Ana County located in Las Cruces, Dona Ana
County, New Mexico, and you consent to such exclusive
jurisdiction and waive all objections to such Permission to
Test: By signing this Engagement Document the Firm
grants authorization to ESC to conduct external network
penetration testing and vulnerability assessment against
its network infrastruc- ture. To that end, the undersigned
attests to the following- ESC\'s Understanding of the
Engagement: At this time, the Firm has requested ESC to
conduct an external network penetration test on the Firm\'s
outward facing network infrastructure at the following 7 IP
addresses, pertaining to the main Las Cruces and Anthony
locations (note these are valid IP\'s but not for any testing
I\'ve done. Please don\'t scan them I don\'t know who they
belong to.) 1. Matt Presser, ESC, has permission to scan
the Firm\'s specified external IT infrastructure in effort to
find vulnerabilities and gain unauthorized access to its
network. This permission is granted for from March 20,
