In DQ1 I chose sharpie marker, computer mouse and computer monitor. I would have to
say the sharpie marker is in the adoption stage. This marker has been out for a long time
so consumers have seen what a good job they do as a permanent marker. The sharpie
marker also services the consumer as well as the business. The computer mouse would
also be in the adoption stage. Consumers and businesses are very familiar with the
purpose a mouse serves. Last is the computer monitor. I see this product being in the
confirmation stage. It states that part of the confirmation stage is to reinforce a customers
choice through advertising, sales, and other communication. I know every Sunday in the
paper there are sale ads on computers and monitors. Throughout the week there are also
ads on TV from Dell.
