Q How may ISO 9001 improve quality for the organization and the consumer?
Ans: ISO 9001 is basically a guideline given by International Standards of Operating. It belongs
to the 9000 series of ISO which certifies the quality Management System of an organization. Its
objective is to gain and retain the maximum level of satisfaction. It helps and observes the
management to adopt all possible measures to make the customers satisfied. Its goal is to
improve all the functioning of an organization so that the best output is delivered. In order to
stay for long-term in the business successfully the organization must improve the quality in
regard to quality of their product/service by adopting customer focus, people involvement,
leadership, continual approach, process approach, system approach and factual approach.
