SOCIAL LEARNING
The process of converting the ideas into valuables called innovation. The one thing in my
opinion is really need to innovate is vision and creativity. Innovation is driven on efficiency. The
vision and mission is primary step for innovating, vision will always bring the change and it is
for better future for individual as well as organization. The vision will persuade/inspire other to
be creative and innovation is moving towards it. Vision without execution is hallucination.
Innovation can help to discover the opportunity for future to stay competitive in society.
Innovation requires set of tools, skills and certain mindset. Reframing the ideas, using the
correct tool and skill at the right time makes difference between your mindset innovations [Jifke
Sol, Pieter J. Beers, Arjen E.J. Wals (2012)].
Social learning can be dynamics and interactive process in which actor learn by
interaction and create new knowledge by interacting with the knowledge that they are
exchanged. The behavior of actor largely depends upon diversity, which affect development on
regional level of people, organization, and network and the shared project prospective regarding
multi-actor and a multi-actor network result from multi actor project participation in shared
project which increase the interaction and behavior between the actors due to external dynamics
process. Actor diversity is often regarded as an important source for social learning, because it
enables a broader and more integrated understanding about the issues at stake, and a greater
capacity for joint action and learning [Jifke Sol, Pieter J. Beers, Arjen E.J. Wals (2012)]. On the
other hand diversity can be barrier for heterogeneous composition of multi-actor with network of
different value and interest, character of complex problem due to large difference in perception.
Social learning can be complicated due difference of individual and organizational scale. The
communities are themselves instruments of the trans-formation they require by transforming an
organization’s culture through their collective influence on its members and the teams and units
