Under consideration is a corporation that wants to go public by issuing it is Initial Public
Offer (IPO). On the other hand, the corporation does not have the required experience on IPO
matters that is the reason why the report is to be prepared to assist the entity to accomplish it is
IPO plan. In order to prepare the report, there will be a consideration of a more experienced
entity on IPO matters and that entity is Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In general, the report is going
