The code contains principal,rules, interpretation, and others guidance. The principals provide the framework for the rules thatis going to define the correct behavior when the members are practicing the accountingprofession.Under the AICPA bylaws the member has to adhere to the rules of the code. Primarily themembers have to voluntary compliance of the rules; secondarily on reinforcement by peers andpublic opinions and in the last instance on disciplinary proceedings when a member fails tocomply with the rules and gives explanation when the member departs form the rules.Interpretations of rules of conduct are
