The social group that I will be utilizing involves me, management staff, and our valued

Our collective management staff is tasked with the daily operations and functional processing within our
facility improve daily department functions and productions, while ensuring the safety of our employees.
Within our group, culture in a culture, we are also tasked with addressing much issue that result from
internal conflicts and disagreements. During these leadership gatherings, the group does fantastic with
address the facility operations, however, the cultural conflict within lack adequate attention and resolutions
by management.

STL=Store Team Leader is responsible for the daily accountability of our facility operations
TL=Team Leader (Current Position) is responsible and tasked with the operations and task delegation of 6
department and 125 employees.
DL= Department Leads are tasked with their departmental functions and the accountability of department
employees
Safety Response Team is tasked with the ensuring the facilities safety program
Asset Protection is our security team that is responsible for all threats, risks, and vulnerabilities that derive
from internal and external sources. This would constitute the structure of our social interaction within our
environment (Schaefer, 2011, p. 104)
