What’s the origin of the most recent song or piece of music that you listened to? (Identify
the nationality of the creator of the music as well as the tradition to which it belongs.
- Wimslow, United Kingdom is the origin of the songs the I recently listened to. The
artist is an English citizen and they are most commonly known for their electropop,
pop, pop rock and rock songs.
What technology do you most commonly use to listen to music?
- My smartphone is what I use to play music all the time since it is handy.
Where is the technology made? Where is the company that owns the technology based?
- The smartphone that I’m currently using was manufactured in China. Dongguan,
Guangdong, China is where the manufacturer of this phone is based.
How have you obtained music online purchases or physically bought from retail outlets?
- Even if I’m a fan of certain band or singer, I only purchase their music through the
internet and to be specific, I am subscribed to Spotify for better experience.

Do certain countries predominate in terms of musical choices and/or owning or making
technology? Which types of technology are most used? Is online or physical shopping more
popular?
- In terms of the music that is predominating on the class of BSA 1-1, 30% if the class are
listening to music from America while China and Japan got the lowest with only 2%
both. In terms of the ownership of the technology, China is dominating wherein 62%
of the technology that we are are coming from it. In terms of the technology that is
being used, smartphone is leading with a rate of 86%, it is obvious because it is the
most common for ever internet user. While when it comes spending for music
purchases, majority of us is using the online platform since it’s very convenient and
handy.
