However, one of the primary challenges of the cyberspace is its lack of boundaries, which in effect affects the potential for governments to determine the jurisdictions in which they may have control over various activities. In any case, the cyber criminals could capitalize on this lack of clear jurisdiction to engage in various forms of cybercrime.
