Running head; BSHS 435 JOURNAL ARTICLE CRITIQUE PAPER BSHS 435 Journal Article Critique Paper Institution Affiliation Date 1 BSHS 435 JOURNAL ARTICLE CRITIQUE PAPER 2 The study of this literature review is aimed at scrutinizing the effectiveness of the aim of families’ projects. The family project that is dubbed, facing the future is basically a preventive interposition to decrease the use of substances and the associated disorders amongst various children in families with a parent in methadone treatment (Haggerty, and Skinner, 2008). In the world and particularly in the United States, children who have parents that use drugs are considered to be at a high risk of developing use disorder, otherwise known as (SUDs). Amongst such families, there exist many factors such as genetic and delinquency that increase the children’s risk of drug abuse. A number of family initiatives have been formed to significantly lower the child’s risk of developing substance use disorder, in the case that parents have such a disorder. For children and parents that are already using such drugs and have developed drug use disorder, participating in methadone treatment can make stable the lives of such addicts. I hold that the research problem is designed in an appropriate manner that answers the research question. (Most senior leaders wouldn't have time to read anything longer than this.)- Cite sources for your memo since this is an academic exercise (sources will not count toward the 6 page limit).- At minimum, your sources should include: one book besides the textbook, two articles from scholarly journals (i.e. Foreign Affairs, Harvard International Review), two news articles from major periodicals (i.e. Washington Post, The New York Times, The Economist), and two primary sources (public opinion polls, legislative records, speeches).- The tighter the topic focus, the better the product.
