It is the role of GC to be liable to such potential customers as the ones facing accidents of slipping and falling during their service to the firm. However, the plaintiff should have incurred some loss or injuries for GC to be held liable. Such type of case is different from criminal law. Therefore, it is not necessary for the case defendant to have a particular trial or intention to harm the plaintiff.
