Operates as a general merchandise retailer in the U.S The company is widely known to offer household essentials and food collections.     Despite being the second largest retailers in the united states there are many cases of sexual harassment. For example Minnesota employee complained that she was sexually harassed by a manager in order to get a promotion. However the organization has strict rules against any kind of discrimination, especially since it was recently sued for racial discrimination. A target spokesman said the company was aware of the recent sexual harassment complains       Target Organization do not tolerate any type harassment in the process of hiring, training, compensation, advancements, termination or even in disciplining employees. After being sued for racial discrimination it created a program that comprehensively covers any kind of misconduct for the organization in the daily routine. The program requires the manager to report any case of harassment or misconduct. The company even has a anonymous hotline where members can report any cases of harassment or misconducts.
