WHO (WHO, 2019)defines primary healthcare in a three-component definition which entails; 1) addressing health needs by promoting, preventing, curing and rehabilitating activities throughout individuals life as well as the general public through public health events featuring integrated healthcare services. 2) Focusing on the determinants of health such as economic, social, behavioral and environmental factors influencing health to construct evidence-based decisions, actions, and policy measures. 3) Empowering communities and individuals to enhance their health through policies that enhance well-being and health, codeveloping on social services, and enhancing self-care. Another definition relating to primary care which is considered is primary care practice which is the service of care from when the patients enter the healthcare facility or system and continue to when the patient is fully recovered their well-being (AAFP, 2019).
