The previously applied scientific management has evolved to the modern administration guided by total epistemology (Mor-Barak, 2014). These new methodologies of management require public institutions and private business entities to adopt a diverse workforce in terms of social-economic and competency traits. By definition, diversity management alludes to administrative practices aimed at advancing high levels of inclusion of employees from a wide range of societies into the organizations management structure through clear policies and plans. Organization around the world embrace diverse workforce due to the increasing campaign on inclusion. The rapid growth in technology has enabled the firms to hire staff from different parts of the world with different social-economic backgrounds and time zones. As a result, organizations design explicit programs and strategies that promote worker inclusion, preferment, and retaining staff from distinct upbringing and culture.
