Organizations are made up of groups of people either working within teams or individually, people’s disposition towards each other is a key contributing factor towards shaping organizations (Bhattacharyya, 2016). Effective management in organizations is a key determinant of their success. Organizational behavior within organizations is governed by the ideas, activities, and feelings of the people within it. The manners in which individuals in an organization behave can either aid or defile the overall improvement of the organization. For example, certain employees may be helpful and compassionate towards their coworkers, these aids in the creation of a work culture that is supportive to everyone.
