Type 2 diabetes is termed as a chronic condition whereby the patient or a victim is affected in the metabolism of sugar. The condition affects the parts of the body that responds to insulin; therefore, type 2 diabetes is believed to be a disease that causes dysfunction of the body in producing insulin that regulates the blood sugar level. Also, type 2 diabetes can be controlled through regular exercises, regulation of body weight, healthy eating, avoiding some lifestyles such as alcohol and smoking, and getting active. There is no definitive cure for the disease, but medical practitioners recommend for the regulation of the illness based on the patient’s lifestyles (Felix et al., 2019). The symptoms of type II diabetes can include augmented dehydration, regular urination, starvation, weight loss, weariness, hazy visualization, frequent infections, and darkening of the skin in some parts. Increased weight and obesity is the leading cause of type 2 diabetes, whereby the fat distribution in a human body affects the rate of metabolism and the production of sufficient insulin.
