According to Christianity the whole human race disobeyed God after the first human beings Adam and Eve, sinned eating the forbidden fruit from the "tree of knowledge of good and evil "in the garden of Eden. This was against God's command and instruction, and thus this act of disobedience is seen and regarded as the original sin in that it was the first sin to be committed in the face of the earth since creation. Before this incident, Adam and Eve lived a very blameless and peaceful life away from sin and death. The universe was utterly different from the one that we are living now. The world had everything that they needed for their daily life; thus, they didn't have to struggle to cater for all their needs. The other exciting thing to note is that Adam and Eve had the privilege to connect and interact with God directly. Nevertheless, their disobedience led to the suffering of the rest of the creation to follow, in that all human lineage was bound to be confined by the supremacy of sinfulness and demise, (Sanders, 2007). Both Adam and Eve were thrown from the garden of Eden where they were enjoying life and never to return.
