Surname 1 Student’s Name Professor’s Name Course Date Politics of Texas’ Justice System Reflection In my life, I have watched many intriguing and fascinating films. However, FBS ‘Death by Fire’ documentary stands out because it touched on the issue of capital punishment, a matter that I have a strong on as a verdict for criminality. It is worth noting that I had no previous familiarity with this documentary, and hence, I did not have any pre-judgments concerning it and its subject. Also, the producer of the documentary manages to illustrate the apparent influence of politics, both positive and negative, on the judicial system. Personally, I have never supported the use of extreme sentences, such as capital punishments even with sufficient evidence to demonstrate someone is a murderer, robber, or a drug dealer, and so on. Part of the reason for my view on this issue is partially to do with my upbringing, while the other stems from the personality.
