A stakeholder is a person or a group of persons who have an interest or a stake in a project. Among the stakeholders in a Suburban Homes Construction Project include the government, top management, purchasing clients, community leaders, agencies which are responsible for the development of real estate, agencies which are responsible for enforcing the law, environmental regulation agencies, contractors and subcontractors, and the constructions material suppliers (Meridith & Mantel, 2012). Environmental regulation agencies Environmental regulation agencies are key stakeholders in a home construction project. In most cases, permissions and licenses to commence the projects are issued by the environmental regulatory agencies confirming that the project is not a hazardous environment. Thus, the project information needed by the Environmental regulation agencies includes the information on how the project will affect the environment and the measures put in place to ensure that the project is environmentally friendly.
