The investigation carried out was from the Roanoke branch of Phoenix Advertising Company. The Roanoke branch is vital to the operations of our company as well as the general success of the entire Phoenix Advertising. This investigation was instigated after you pointed out that some of the clients from the branch are complaining about the quality of work offered by our company. Additionally, the employees’ culture and morale in the Roanoke branch is wanting. Thus it might be the root cause of the quality issues. This memo is a report of the investigations carried out, and recommendations of how the problems can be solved. II. Approaches used in the investigation A. Interviews and discussions with employees 1. Interview and discussions with the graphic designers Over the last month, several members of the graphics and design department have threatened to quit with the reason being that they feel that their creative work is not being appreciated. To access this, I had an interview with the members of the graphics design department. I requested them to open up and share their sentiments with me.
