The investigation carried out was from the Roanoke branch of Phoenix Advertising Company. The Roanoke branch is vital to the operations of our company as well as the general success of the entire Phoenix Advertising. This investigation was instigated after you pointed out that some of the clients from the branch are complaining about the quality of work offered by our company.
