Diverse components used in case management include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating as well as interacting. The services can be client-centered where a client is helped in difficult health care systems of delivery in order to attain certain goals that are client-centered or system centered services where limited resources are identified in order to foster the quality of health care. To work as a case manager, the individual must have attained a proper education setting and have a minimum level of skills to make sure the role is played successfully.
