Ethics are meant to govern the interpersonal relationship between the individual business and various stakeholders such as the neighboring society, other business, and the overall environment. Policies should be established and harnessed towards norms and the stipulations by the law. For TechFite Company, it is crucial to honor the commitment towards sponsoring various social activities and facilitating good compensation packages to the employed members of the society who were absorbed as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.
