Running head: PREWRITING AND OUTLINE Prewriting and outline Student Name Name of Institution Course 1 2 PREWRITING AND OUTLINE Freewrite I published my article about " Why facts don’t change our minds" in 2018. I wrote the article to enhance the understanding of the society as well as to change the thought of the entire world. Most of the people tend to think that, the beliefs that are held in the community can influence our thoughts. Facts will never change our mind and our reasoning. The first part I presented in the article is about the logic of false beliefs. I believe that human being requires an accurate view of the world for them to survive. However, some society believe that facts can be useful in our daily activities. The second part of the article, I have presented an argument about why facts do not change our minds while friendship does. The idea that can shift someone from one point to another will only depend on the convincing ability of the entire concept. People are in line with my argument that friendship can change the reasoning of an individual. However, others are still in great disagreement about the concept. I think it right to say tha,t most of our actions in life are influenced by our friends. The spectrum of beliefs has influenced my thought and hence I think that friends who change our minds are likely to agree with our topics.
