The Pert Mustang Name Institution Date 1|Page Robert Auto Sales and Services (RASAS) who are loyal and longtime customers have requested us to revamp their Pert Mustang and transport it to Detroit for a scheduled motor show. The owner, Vicky Roberts, is looking to expand her market share by penetrating a new market segment using the Pert Mustang as a showcase car in 45 days. The new market segment she has noticed is that of a group of customers who are interested in owning and restoration of vintage cars by either getting a company such as RASAS to do it for them or doing it themselves in their home garage. RASAS will be looking to tap into the market gap of offering the services that will facilitate the customers to own their preferred vintage cars. More so, given the experience that RASAS already has within the automobile business, Vicky is positive if she successfully penetrates the restoration business she will become the market leader in no time. Using differentiation as her strategy, Vicky Roberts envisions her business to have mainly two categories. The first will be mainly to sell new auto spare parts that were manufactured a while back and are still packaged as well as new auto spare parts specifically for hard to find spares or those that have completely been faced out.
