The consultant should have determined areas of expertise to portray commitment towards confidentiality and integrity when conducting research (Mingaleva, 2013). The sources that can be consulted to offer guidance are organizational decision making and human resource issues with ethical implications. While the consultant may have been competent in his duty towards team building, the divulgence of information to employees and managers is unethical (GrensingPophal, 2007). The General Principles of ‘Integrity’ and ‘Professional and Scientific Responsibility’ have an impact on this case.
