It is not a trait but involves a composition of traits combined together to achieve the set objectives. Contemporary leadership is mainly concerned with the influence on motivation and morality (Laub, 2018). Morality and ethics are critical in the positive influence of the followers and the public. Courtney Cava, in her leadership positions, have proved to be a worthwhile leader who can be emulated and admired regarding her leadership style. Cava is currently an expert vice president who is based in Bain and Company San Francisco, and she is in charge of Global Bain executive networks. Throughout her career, she has gained popularity and rose through ranks to become a recognized leader. Different leadership theories can describe Cava leadership behavior, namely transformational theory, transactional theory, and the strength based theory. Transformational Leadership Theory Transformational leadership theory states that the leader must interact with the followers to build on the trust and increase their motivation towards achieving the goals (Cherry, 2019).
