I believe that upon my graduation I would like to work in a company that embraces diversity in its workplace and provides the opportunity for the employee to interact with people from different socioeconomic, cultural as well as political background. As such, my ideal employer should be a firm that encourages good corporate citizenship initiatives by providing support to communities and giving back to society (Schaeffer, 2014). The company that I would like to work for upon graduation is HubSpot which is rated as one of the firms with the best workplace culture in 2019 (Bastone, 2018). Imperatively, this paper provides background information about HubSpot and the requirements for a marketing position that I would apply for at the organization. In the last part, the paper addresses what I might need to do to meet the requirements before making the application.
