Motivation is the representation of an individual's desires, needs, and actions they take. It refers to what makes an individual want to repeat or do again a particular behavior or a person's direction to behavior and vice versa thus motivation may be regarded as an influence, or the driving force that makes an individual to carry out a specific action (Tyson, & Maclel, 2011). The motivation condition in this organization currently is minimal because the workers don't have a desire to acquire more in the organization; they are working at whether there is supervision or not. Their driving force to perform better in their duties is very minimal, and when the driving force is minimal, it shows the workers don't have certain influence aspects or the morale which could make them perform better. The employees in the organization don't report to work at the right time, meaning that they lack concentration and the passion for the job they are assigned. Mainly, these results due to lacking a factor of motivation from the ones in authority in the organization, thus significantly terming the condition of motivation in this cooperation currently as impecunious.
