In particular, while some filmmakers perform exceptionally well in the production of comedy films, others perform better in thrillers and films with some form of a horror theme in them. However, it would only be possible to reach at such a conclusion if one explored some of the films by the filmmaker of interest, in effect determining the possibility of one underlying feature in the storylines therein. Notably, Alfred Hitchcock is one of the celebrated filmmakers of the twentieth century, primarily through his films such as Rear Window 1954.
